FAQs
The rear camera cable is six metres long and is included with the bundle. Please see page 17 of the manual for rear camera fitting instructions and diagrams.
This is symptomatic of an SD card failure.
Please check that your card is not larger than 128GB and has a minimum U1 class.
Please remove the SD card, then press the reset button on the underside of the Dash Cam. Then, without the SD card inserted, please turn on the Camera. Does it now start normally? If so, then the SD card has either failed due to lack of formatting or is not compatible for Dash Cam usage.
Try multiple USB ports and an alternative mini USB cable (if possible).
Please ensure it is inserted into the USB port on the Dash Cam and not into the mount.
With the card installed, using your fingernail, you now need to push the card further inwards slightly, until you hear and feel a small click.
If you are having difficulty, use the edge of a small coin.
Release pressure and the MicroSD card will spring out far enough for you to take a hold of it.
Our Developers are always working to improve the functionality of our cameras and provide new features, such as different languages. We can do this even once you have your camera by releasing new firmware. To benefit from these improvements and updates, please check your Dash Cam's firmware and update it if there's an update available.
The recording resolutions for the 320XR are:
Front- 1080p @ 30fps with Rear- 1080p @ 30fps.
Front 720p @ 30fps with Rear- 720p @ 30fps.
This is normal during recording. Stop the recording before pressing the MENU button. If recording re-starts before you can press MENU, then see the Parking Mode section above.
The screen saver is set to ON. Change settings to OFF if required. Default setting is OFF.
You can easily check what firmware version your dash cam currently has on the Dash Cam itself.
1) Turn the Dash Cam on
2) Stop it recording
3) Press the Menu Button Twice to enter the Setup Menu.
4) Scroll down to ‘System Info’
5) Look at the Firmware number RXX.XX
Then compare it to the Firmware number stated above.
